Re: Project : Chophouse
Looks impressive! I'm going to say this with all the sarcasm I can find. Looking at your tires... do you think they might break loose? Someone once came up with the perfect, technical phrase to describe the difference between 3.42 and 4.11 gears. It's all about the "Yee-Haw!" factor. Your "Yee-Haw!" factor is going to be off the scale! Happy cruisin' Cheers, Ken

Re: Project : Chophouse
Well, long story short, oil pressure dropped (likely bad pump) and spun a bearing last summer. Good news, got an LQ4 (currently being built ) : Heres the crusty old LQ4 pre any beauty : -Install cam from the LS1 (Comp - .617/.612 231/234 113LSA) -Send heads out for cleaning/inspection -Install my Brain Tooley valve train off the LS1 -Swap over my headers -Swap over my intake manifold -Clean and paint block -Swap over my valve covers -Get it mated to the T56 and into the car -Burnouts == Also have been collecting some parts : -Got some lowering springs that will be installed when motor is going in. Also : Got some used headlights and did the Whistler Mod : == Can't wait to get the LQ4 painted and cammed and back in so I can start with hood and rim install.
